1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@factorypure.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the order number.

  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@factorypure.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories (unless defective)

  • Final sale items


7. International Returns

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  • Please ensure the package is marked as a return to avoid additional charges.
